Fees

Individuals - £60-£100 per session

Couples - £70-£120 per session

Fees vary according to time and location.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, are usually weekly and at the same time each week.

Payment is weekly by either cash, cheques with guarantee card or electronic bank transfer.

Fee reductions may be available for people on low incomes and psychological therapists in training and this is negotiated on an individual basis.

Different fee scales apply to insurance companies, employee assistance schemes and private healthcare schemes.
