Fees

Individuals - £70-£110 per session

Couples - £90-£120 per session

EMDR - £105-£165 per session (90 mins)

Fees vary according to time and location.

Regular sessions are 50 minutes long, are usually weekly and at the same time each week.EMDR sessions are 90 minutes long. Usually less treatment sessions are required in total than for other forms of therapy.

Payment is weekly by either cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer.

Fee reductions may be available for people on low incomes and psychological therapists in training and this is negotiated on an individual basis.

Different fee scales apply to insurance companies, employee assistance schemes and private healthcare schemes.
